These terms cover your use of the Music Academy website (musicacademy.au) and student portal, operated by NOBL3 PTY. LTD. (ABN 68681135562), trading as Music Academy. By browsing the site, booking a trial lesson, or signing in to the portal, you agree to these terms.
You're welcome to browse the site and use it to learn about our lessons and book a trial. Please don't use it in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it, or attempt to access parts of it you're not authorised to use.
Booking a trial lesson creates a student profile and, once you enrol, portal access secured by a PIN or an optional linked Google account. You're responsible for keeping your PIN and login details confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away at hello@musicacademy.au if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
These website terms cover using the site itself. The specific terms of enrolment — including lesson scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and consent for lesson photos/videos — are set out separately in our Enrolment Terms & Conditions, which you're asked to review and accept when you book a trial and again whenever they're updated. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the Enrolment Terms & Conditions apply to your lessons.
Payments (trial fees, lesson fees and invoices) are processed securely through Stripe, by card or direct debit. Prices are as displayed at the time of booking or invoicing.
The Music Academy name, logo and the content of this website belong to NOBL3 PTY. LTD. unless otherwise stated. Please don't reproduce or reuse it without our permission.
Parts of the site rely on third-party services — including Stripe for payments and Google for optional sign-in — and we link to our social media pages. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party services; their own terms apply when you use them.
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Any medical or access notes you give us help us plan lessons safely, but they aren't medical advice, and don't replace telling a teacher directly about anything urgent. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
